Items in this shop are sourced pre-owned, vintage, like new, or new with tags. Please review individual listings carefully for condition details.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Shipping Information

United States Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS (Priority or Ground Advantage).
  • Shipping costs are calculated by the carrier based on package weight and destination.
  • Orders are processed within 2 business days.
  • Delivery times vary by carrier and service.
  • Once shipped, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

International Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via USPS First Class International, Priority Mail International, or DHL Express.
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination.
  • Delivery may take up to 6 weeks, depending on the selected service.

Please note:
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.

Shipping Policies

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email hello@dinasdays.com within 5 days of delivery and include 7 clear photos of the damage.

Undeliverable Packages

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and deliverable.
  • If a package is returned to us, original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Local Pickup

We do not offer local pickup at this time.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not been shipped.
Please submit cancellation requests through the contact form.

Item Condition Guide

We do our best to accurately describe each item. Any flaws will be noted in the listing.

  • New: New with tags (NWT); unworn and unaltered
  • Like New: New without tags (NWOT); minimal to no signs of wear
  • Great: Gently used; no major signs of wear
  • Good: Gently used; may show minor flaws (pilling, stretching, loose threads)
  • Fair: Noticeable wear; may include small stains, rips, or pilling
  • Poor: Heavily worn; significant flaws such as holes, stains, fading, or missing details
