HOW IT WORKS 

• This event is exclusively for registered swappers. Participants must bring items to exchange in order to receive swap tickets and shop the event. The Housewares Swap is not open to the general public for shopping. 
• Register for a swapper spot. Each participant must register separately.  Please do not register multiple participants at once.
• Bring up to 30 clean, gently used household items to swap.
• Check in beginning at 9:00 AM and receive one swap ticket for each item you bring (up to 30 tickets).
• Set up your items using an available park table (limited availability) or bring your own table (up to 10 feet) or blanket.
• All items must be set up before swapping begins.

SWAP SCHEDULE

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Check-in, setup, and browsing.

10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Ticket Swap Hour. Use your tickets to "shop" and claim items from other participants. Each ticket may be exchanged for one item. 

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Open Swap. Any remaining items are available to all participants.

12:00 PM - 12:30 PM
Pack up & donate. Take home any remaining items or choose to donate them to our nonprofit partner.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Registration is $10 per swapper and helps cover the cost of the venue, event supplies, and organization.  
• Prompt arrival at 9:00 AM is recommended to allow time for setup.
• Participants are responsible for setting up and displaying their own items.
• At the conclusion of the event, you may take home any unclaimed items or choose to donate them on site through our nonprofit donation partner.
• This is a community swap event, not a sale. No money will be exchanged between participants.
• We recommend bringing a wagon, tote bag, laundry basket, or box to help transport your treasures throughout the event. 
• This is a rain-or-shine outdoor event unless severe weather requires cancellation. 
  

WHAT TO BRING

✔ Mugs and drinkware

✔ Plates, bowls, and serving pieces

✔ Kitchen gadgets and utensils

✔ Small appliances in working condition

✔ Artwork and frames

✔ Vases and decorative items

✔ Candles (unused or very gently used)

✔ Baskets and storage items

✔ Small quantities of books

✔ Other clean, gently used household goods

PLEASE DO NOT BRING

✘ Clothing, shoes, or accessories

✘ Large furniture

✘ Broken, stained, or damaged items

✘ Mattresses or large household fixtures

✘ Hazardous materials

✘ Electronics that do not work

✘ Toys

Items should be from your home and intended for swapping, not resale inventory or commercial merchandise.
